The 11th International Conference on Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT2009) will be held on 15-18 February 2009, in Phoenix Park, Gangwon-Do, Republic of Korea. ICACT is an IEEE-sponsored annual conference providing an open forum for researchers, engineers, policy makers, network planners, and service providers in telecommunications. Extensive exchange of information will be provided on newly emerging systems, standards, regulations, services, and variety of applications in the area of telecommunications.
* ICACT2009 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society, the IEEE Daejeon Section in cooperation with the IEEE Region 10 and the Korean Institute of Information Scientists and Engineers.
* The papers, after being reviewed and accepted by ICACT referees, will be published in the Conferenc! e Proceedings to be included in the IEEE Conference Publication Program and abstracted in the INSPEC database. The papers have been indexed by IEEE Xplore. IEE DATABASE, Engineering Information(EI), and Index to Scientific & Technical Proceedings(ISTP) since the year of 2004.

PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors are invited to submit a 1000-word (2 or 3 pages) extended abstract, summarizing an original work finalized or in progress, directly to ICACT 2009 website. All the manuscripts must be written in English, but can be prepared in free style. All submitted extended abstracts will be reviewed by the technical program committee. For the review, the extended abstracts in MS-WORD or PDF file should be submitted to the ICACT 2009 conference website (http://icact.org), filling the every item and uploading the respective extended abstract. After you win the acceptance notification, you will prepare the final camera-ready manuscript of maximum six(6) IEEE double-column formatted pages, the Copyright Transfer Agreement, and the Speaker"s Biography together.
